Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getfeasted.com and any purchase from Feasted Foods Ltd. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Products & allergens

Our bars are plant-based and contain peanuts, alongside other ingredients listed on each product page. They are made in a facility that handles [list relevant allergens]. If you have a food allergy, please read the full ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. Our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are in GBP and [include / exclude] VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout, including for pre-orders. We may correct obvious pricing errors and decline or cancel any order, refunding you in full where payment has been taken.

3. Pre-orders

By placing a pre-order you agree that payment is taken immediately and your order ships in the first available wave (estimated week of 23 June 2026). Dispatch timing is an estimate. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

4. Founding 300 lifetime pricing

We may end or amend the programme on reasonable notice; any change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Feasted name, wordmark, imagery, and copy — belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and may not be used without our permission.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under law, and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
