Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love every bar. Because our products are food, some return rules differ from typical retail — please read the hygiene exemption below.
Your statutory cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. However, for food and other consumable goods, this right does not apply once a product has been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed, for health and hygiene reasons. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted in transit, incorrect, or otherwise faulty, contact us at info@getfeasted.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won't be out of pocket and won't need to return a damaged food item.
Pre-orders (including Founding 300)
Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of order and dispatched in the first shipping wave (currently estimated week of 23 June 2026). You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard returns rules above apply.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the order was faulty or incorrect.
