Feasted Foods Ltd ("Feasted", "we", "us") operates getfeasted.com. This policy explains how we handle your personal data and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You give us: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we do not see or store full card numbers.

Collected automatically: device, browser, IP, and on-site behaviour via cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta pixel), where you have consented to non-essential cookies.

From third parties: our payment processor and delivery carrier may share order and delivery status.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To process and deliver your orders, including pre-orders, and provide support — performance of a contract.

To send marketing emails — your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.

To run and measure advertising and improve the site — legitimate interests, and consent for non-essential cookies/tracking.

To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the business: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, our delivery carrier, our email platform (Klaviyo), and our advertising and analytics partners (including Meta). Some of these process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order and tax records for as long as legally required, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights
