Pre-order dispatch

Founding 300 and other pre-orders ship in our first wave, currently estimated the week of 23 June 2026. This is our best estimate, not a guaranteed date; if it changes materially we'll email you. You can cancel an undispatched pre-order at any time for a full refund (see Returns).

Standard Orders

After launch, in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered via Royal Mail or Evri, typically within 3-4 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and orders over £40 ship free.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to mainland UK. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

Delays & addresses

We're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we'll help you chase anything that goes missing. Please double-check your delivery address — we can't be liable for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
